Loved it, easy to use. Done what it said it would do. I will be buying more. I love the red light therapy!
Tina –
It’s easy to use. The suction is very good. It has light so that you can see your skin inside the cup. I bougt one from other brand, which is not as good as this brand.
Debbie Corley –
This device is super easy to use. I thought it would be difficult to place where I normally have cupping done but it has awesome instant suction and you can slightly move it to the perfect position quickly. Since it was my first time with this device I used the default setting but next time I will increase the suction a bit. It’s nice to do this at my convenience now and it will definitely be saving me money! So happy I have this now.

I have had traditional cupping done on me for years. (i.e., using thick glass cups).I have tried heavy silicone ones, and that doesn’t work at all because it can’t hold any pressure. It’s been a few years since I have got a treatment, so I decide to check out this kit. When I try this, even on 2 or 3/10 it surpasses way more the strength of glass cup. The reason being even I set it to start at 2 or 3, once it’s put on the skin, it starts to suck in and increases the pressure to 5. I can’t even stand having this on my skin for more than 30 seconds. That is how strong it is. Luckily the button for pressure release has a lot dot mark but in the beginning also depends on where I place on my back, I couldn’t reach it fast enough, so I had to just pull it off.If you haven’t done cupping before, if the circulation is bad, you don’t need to leave it on 5 minutes. In my current condition, 30 seconds I am already getting donuts shape markings all over with this device. (Yes, it means all the photos with exact circle of cupping isn’t done by this device except the very bottom photo is what the real mark looks like). It looks different than the traditional cupping I got, so I think it is too strong and my tissues might be damaged.I will also start to review other cupping products and update accordingly. For now I give this product a 3 stars since it effectively sucks beyond expectation, and I highly recommend the first time you try this product, don’t leave it on more than a minute to test.
Tranquility –
The sucking power is impressive but could be too much so be careful. I like that you can adjust the heat and it even has red light therapy. It helps with muscle soreness and leaves you feeling more relaxed while detoxing. For the current price of $80 I feel this is a fair value if you like tech toys.

I was very happy it worked as it should. A little rough using it at first but once you learn it it’s easy. Easy to set up. It really does temporary help with pain. Not for long term pain relief

This device is easy to use with simple to follow inctructions. Great quality device has great suction and quick release. Average size of cups that cover a decent size area. There are various other setting that are easy to use when following the instructions. These cups are perfect.for beginners.

I tend to work long hours sitting up in front of computer screens I find this device helps relief pain from tighten back muscles. This device packs strong suction capabilities and so far have not needed to use it past setting 1. I strongly recommend this product!

This electric cupping set has a lot of suction power so you have to be careful to make sure you can handle the intensity for short periods of time and then work up to one minute and so on. Do your homework if you are new to cupping–don’t just slap one of these on and see what happens. The lowest setting of suction is pretty intense for beginning cupping. It would actually be nice for there to be one or two more intensities that are lower than #1.You can use cupping + heating/red light or just one or the other. You can also choose between constant suction or rhythmic but continual suction and that mode can be with or without heating/red light. There are 12 suction intensities and 12 heat intensities. The downside is it only has a 5 minute run time. It would be better if you could program the time as 5 minutes isn’t very long for gua sha cupping and sometimes other cupping. Having to reset your settings every 5 minutes can be annoying. The quick release is easy to find as there is a little bump near the button.Being electric makes it easier to do self cupping and gua sha cupping. As a precaution, in case you haven’t thought about it, if you are using the red light and heat you also have to watch that the skin doesn’t get in touch with the heat source–some body area skin has more flexibility and will suck in further than other areas. The set came packaged in a zippered storage case with carrying strap which I am glad to have for safe storage and transport.Besides the time restriction, overall, a good electric cupping set.

I actually was surprised how well these suction cups work. It works as well as what the professionals have used but you are not paying a ton to have this done. You still need to do some research on how to make these effective in terms of placement but once you have that down it this is pretty much like having a professional do it. The suction is pretty strong even on the lowest setting so be aware of that. I have not seen anything that may cause any harm but use your best judgment when using this. It does come with a nice carrying case so you can keep both tools. The device is easy to clean with just wipes. I would recommend charging the cupping devices overnight. You want to have a high battery when using it to get the best suction. This really does help with removing pain and soreness but again you have to do your research on where to best place this. It is easy to operate but you may need help when placing it on your back. The controls are easy to learn and easy to setup. It is all on top of the suction cupping device. You just set and press. There are also lights to help as well. I have never seen those used by professional so I am not sure how effective the lights are really. It does take time to get used to if you doing this kind of work for the first time. Overall these are effective devices that eliminates the need for having a professional do it. It has strong suction and really does work well. After I finished, it felt pretty much like I would if I went to my usual place. It last for quite sometime on battery. I do wish it came in a box as just having that carrying case wrapped and delivered was not great because it actually got scratched. The case is a hard case but the gray color makes it easy to stain.

You get a lot of options for use with this cupping therapy set. The suction level is adjustable, it’s possible to add red light and heat, and it can also be used for massage. It can be pretty intense, I found, so start off on the lowest level. While you can set and apply these to your own body, depending upon the area you want to treat, it’s sometimes easier to have someone help.I’ve used red light therapy for a while now, but primarily via a belt. These cups make it possible to target a very specific area if that’s your need as opposed to a belt that covers a large area.
J. Cummings –
Powerful suction. While testing it out on my wife the devices were literally impossible to pull off once they were in mid-cycle of suction. She definitely has the stereo typical red ring of cupping left behind afterwards.Comes with two devices and charging cords…BYO charger brick, of course, like most things these days.Easy to use and they work as intended. Happy cupping!

I’ve never cupped before, but this thing is powerful and helpful on my sore hip and my kids for sports!

I had high hopes for this fascia release set. These have several settings, and have a powerful suction even at the lowest setting. However, part of the healing fascia release factor is the circular red marks that remain after treatment for a week or more. I believe this may be fine for some, but I chose an equally effective alternative with stainless steel tools. I am able to control placement better and less red marks left behind.

For a while now, my husband has been so stressed with work and I’ve been saving up to buy him a lymphatic massage on Groupon. However, someone told me how they bought their own cupping supplies and I started looking for the original glass cups.I don’t trust myself with those and I stumbled upon this! I was sooo excited to start using these & wow!! It’s sooo easy to use. I LOVE there are levels for suction, different modes, and temperatures!! This is after one session & he said he feels sooo relieved.I can’t wait to keep doing it!

I am quite experienced with cupping and have used it for several years with my occupational therapist to break through the fascia and reduce overall tightness in the connective tissue. I have a diagnosed connective tissue disorder so this is one of the few therapeutic interventions that actually works for a full day to relieve tight muscles and knots. By the end of the day they’re back though so I have tried a few cupping kits at home to try and extend the relief on days I don’t have OT (I only go 3x per week). The first thing to note is that this is likely a two person project if you are planning to use the cups on your back which I do highly recommend. The second thing to really be careful with is the suction strength. It’s very easy to overdo it and you wouldn’t know if you aren’t already familiar with it being done by a trained professional. Even still, a lot of people will wind up badly bruised. This is the nature of cupping and I don’t fault the product. As far as the actual cupping set up goes, this is one of the better kits I’ve tried out. The fact that it’s not manual makes it a little harder to learn to use though and the buttons don’t seem intuitive to me compared to most kits that rely on creating a pressure vacuum by pulling a trigger over and over. I have used heat to create the vacuum with old school glass kits and honestly it’s too hard. This is much easier to use and it works quickly but be sure that you can reach to take it off before you put it on. Overall these are great but I highly recommend caution and experience before even attempting it.

Good selection, arrived promptly ,However slightly pricey.

I have chronic neck/back pain as a result of staring at computer screens all day and not at all due to my poor posture. I have a couple of massage machines for relief and while those sessions certainly do help, these cups excel with providing immediate relief from severe, acute pains such as those from sleeping “wrong” or post-workout muscle cramps. I restrict cupping to such use as I’d like to avoid wearing circular bruises out in public as much as possible.Onto the product package— these come in a hard case along with a set of instructions and a pair of USB-C cables for simultaneous charging. It has heating, temperature, and suction strength presets along with a pressure release button that acts like a “panic” button in case the session becomes too intense for you. The battery lasts quite a number of sessions before needing to recharge as well. All in all, this is probably the easiest way to get into cupping but it’s also sophisticated to satisfy even those who are already well-versed in it.

normally, during and after a silicone or glass cupping session, it feels good a relaxing – this hurts, even on the lowest settinggreat concept, but the suction is wayyy to strong… at-least for me, and i have a decent level of pain tolerancehard to manage the functions on yourself if you’re doing it on areas where you dont have line of sight such as your neck and back – if u press the strength increase button trying to press the decompress button, it’ll hurt even more

I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do, it’s because I’ve become a half-professional, half-amateur cupping therapist with the help of these futuristic gadgets from the future. Now, why did I dock one star from a perfect rating, you ask? Well, even Batman has his off days, and these high-tech cups had a tiny hiccup.First off, let’s talk about the pros. This cupping set is like a Swiss Army knife for muscle relief, offering everything from dynamic suction (yes, it’s like having a tiny vacuum cleaner for your skin), red light therapy (because who needs the sun anyway), and even a Gua Sha tool. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can practically set up your own spa. Now, I’m not sure if my neighbors believe I’m part of an alien experiment with all the humming and glowing when I turn these things on, but I like to think I’ve upgraded from a mere human to a cyborg with these cups. The suction is quite impressive; it’s like a gentle yet firm embrace, like being hugged by a friendly robot. The red light therapy adds a futuristic touch, making me feel like I’m getting a treatment on the starship Enterprise. The Gua Sha tool is an added bonus, and it’s terrific for working out those muscle knots, but be careful not to turn yourself into a zebra with stripe-like marks. Cupping is fun and all, but no one wants to explain their strange skin patterns to the general public. Here comes the minor hiccup: it’s so high-tech that it sometimes feels like I’m flying an advanced spaceship. The buttons, the timing, the levels—sometimes it’s a bit like trying to launch a rocket. I often forget whether I’m cupping or playing a Space Invaders game. But hey, if you’re into technology, this could be your next obsession. So, in a nutshell, these cups are like a mix of traditional therapy and a science fiction movie. They’ve helped me relieve sore muscles and improve my overall well-being, even if I occasionally feel like I’m in a sci-fi flick. If you’re looking to turn your home into a spa in the future, these cups are your best bet. Just be prepared for a few accidental rocket launches along the way!

I do Olympic weightlifting, Soreness, stiffness and sometimes injuries are just part of the game. These cups have helped me alleviate general muscle soreness and helped me rehab a shoulder injury. You can set the suction power and add heat, or no heat. The suction is powerful, if you’re a first time user, I’d suggest starting out on the lowest levels and work up from there. The higher levels are strong enough to break adhesions in the muscle, which is a good thing. It isn’t really painful but feels weird until you’re used to it. The cups are large, unfortunately they have no smaller cup options for smaller muscle groups, like a forearm or lower calf area. These cups are an excellent value and a great tool for those stiff, sore muscles. They can leave what appears to be bruise marks on the skin, which is normal for cupping. If you show exposed skin in public after a cupping session, be prepared for odd looks and comments. I give these cups 5 stars.

Worked as advertised. Loosened up my back and it’s fun to use.

I love that it’s automatic and I can put it on a place on my shoulders and leave it there. I love that it has heat and pressure adjustments, which, if you’re new to cupping, definitely use that option, it can get intense. I feel immediate results of less tension and more relaxation in the muscles that are tense and tight.
Joe M –
I ordered this electric cupping therapy set because I have had good results from cupping therapy at my physical therapist’s office. This electric cupping tool can be a bit tricky to operate. It is easiest if you are using it in an area where you can still see it while in use. The hardest thing to do is to try and use it on your back or shoulders because you can’t see the display or buttons. At a minimum I would want the pressure release button to have some kind of bump or tactile indicator so you know when your finger is over it so you can quickly find it to press it. If you suddenly realize you set this too high and want to quickly stop it you don’t have an easy way to find the release button. I had to run to a mirror to do this once. The other limitation I have run into is that there is only one size of cup which is on the larger side. I have been unable to use this on some spots where a smaller cup would normally be used. The cups unscrew from the base units. It would have been great if this kit had come with smaller cups that you could screw in place if needed. That would have made this kit much more versatile. If you are using this on larger flatter areas then it can work well for you. If using for you back, it is helpful to have another person operate the tool so you don’t have to worry about trying to reach back to operate them.
H.E.T. Rider –
You’ve not really had cupping done until you try these. They are very easy to use, and seem incredibly well made. All the work is done for you in the device, just press the desired strength and heat, and it will do the timing for you. there’s a quick release button if it’s too much. This is a very clever device, that even incorporates a fairly strong, red light therapy. Very happy with my purchase!
Shari Mohrman –
My son is a baseball player for his college and he loves these! Best gift ever he said.
Z –
Wow, these are the real deal. Maybe even a little too real, haha, the suction on these bad boys, even at the LOWEST strength, is STRONG! Perhaps it just feels that way to me as I’m new to the cupping game, so it’s an adjustment for me. But they do work, and work well. The suction strength is adjustable, so these things can get even stronger than I’m willing to try at this point! They are also pretty large, so be warned that you can’t use these on smaller areas. For the back, they are the perfect size. I think experienced cuppers would LOVE this device, but may be a little too intense for newbies!
Niki D –
I’m on a mission to find a cupping device that I can use to relieve lower back pain and neck/shoulder tension…sadly, this one doesn’t quite suit me. Its well made and sturdy, but the cups are just so BIG….they pull up too much of my skin and pinch horribly. The buttons are awkwardly made and hard to press just so to adjust these on myself. Recommend only for larger person and for more experienced “self cuppers”.
Ace –
I have zero experience with cupping, but I really wanted to try it because I have a degenerative disc in my back and I thought it would help release some of the pain. The problem that I have is that I have no way of being able to see where I’m placing it as well as adjusting the settings how I need them. I feel like I need another person to help me get it together where I need it and at the settings that I needed to be. With that being said, this device does have pretty good suction and would be fairly easy to use in areas where you can see what you’re doing. There needs to be some sort of an upgrade or some sort of a remote so that you can place it where you need it out of sight on your body.
Jacqueline A. Heydorn –
Just received so not sure, but my son uses the same brand and loves it. Hes a wrestler in college
