2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Method and Cost
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $30 or when using a discount code. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Providers
We work with USPS and UPS for US shipments. YANWEN is also used, with final deliveries handled by USPS or ONTRAC. Customers cannot select shipping providers at this time.

6. Discreet Packaging
We respect your privacy. All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents.
7. Warehouse Locations
We ship from third-party warehouses in the US (East and West Coast), Germany, China, Indonesia, and Thailand. Your location and stock availability will determine the warehouse from which your order is shipped.
8. Delivery Regions
We currently ship to the United States and Australia. Depending on your location, orders may ship from our US or China warehouses.
9. Military & PO Box Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes. Follow the APO/FPO guidelines at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
10. Unexpected Delays
While rare, deliveries may be delayed due to customs processing or other factors. If your package is delayed, please wait an additional 3-5 days or contact our support team for assistance.
