Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened software, DVDs, or CDs
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), or personal care products (e.g., beauty tools). If you have questions about specific items, feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@guashaco.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customercare@guashaco.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [Physical Address]. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
