Love this rose quartz version of a jade roller! It is real rose quartz which looks and feels so soothing and pampering. Do not put this in your freezer or drop it on a hard floor since it is real crystal it may crack. This stays naturally cool at room temp, but if you want it cooler the fridge would be sufficient, and will help the roller last. Genuine crystals need care and it is so worth it! This feels amazing and has helped with puffiness and blotchiness. It is somehow both invigorating and soothing at the same time, and the boost to skin circulation is paying off! I like cool sensation when using roller which has two sizes, one on each ends. Gua Sha is much more diverse in its functions. Not only it is good for face massage, it works well for a family member who is elderly. She uses it to massage her fingers, arms and legs. She complimented its quality and how well it works.

I love this little thing. It’s perfect on a hot day to pop in the freezer and then roller over your face and the heart shaped piece it feels SOOO good to massage your neck with. Use the middle of the top of the heart and roll it back and fourth over your spine on the back of your neck it’s absolutely worth it. Comes packaged beauand nice and tight. BUY IT!!

I bought one of these kits on a whim after eyeing them for a year, or so. I got the rose Quartz set and it is real rose Quartz gemstone. I see some people here complaining that theirs cracked. With crystals one must be very careful not to expose them to extreme temps (don’t freeze them, for instance) and handle them w/ care. Even with proper care, sometimes crystals can crack, especially if they were bumped or dropped hard during shipping.Anyway, I have chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic sinusitis. My eyes are always puffy, lymph nodes always swollen and my forehead had tension knots from constant fatigue and pain. The roller is naturally cool at room temp and so soothing. I roll it under and over my eyes, over my forehead and temples. Then I use it to drain my sinuses by rolling it across my head down to my ears, my cheeks down to my earlobes and then my ears down to my neck. I use the roller along my tonsils under my jaw as well to relieve the swelling. Yes, it feels SO good after and my face is significantly less puffy.The massage tool is intense. I use light pressure along my cheeks and forehead to really drain my lymph nodes and sinuses and along my armpits to help my lymph nodes. I use it to gently loosen the myofascial tissue in my neck and shoulders and OMG it loosens my neck better than a chiropractor or massage therapy session. Look up instructions on how to use the massage tool properly, and use gentle strokes and it really gets deep into the tissue and can be painful if you’re not careful.I really did not expect something so simple and inexpensive would be so effective, so soothing and worthwhile. But it really is. If you have pain, puffiness, tension, etc. treat yourself- you won’t be sorry!

I use the roller at night and gua sha in the am.Is it a magic wand that immediately erases all fine lines and wrinkles– no. Does it kind of help you create a healthy, self-care routine– absolutely. I will say it helps roll out any tension headaches I may have so I can wind down for sleep. I’ve incorporated this into my nighttime routine for the above reasons.I’ve done manual lymphatic draining massages with my bare hands and have felt the effects. While the gua sha is clearly more rigid than your bare hands, it is contoured for different areas and does a great job at simplifying this step. After using, I do notice my face is less puffy, it provides a temp lifting effect, esp around eyes, which makes you look brighter and energized/awake, which in turn boosts your mood. I’ve incorporated this into my morning routine because of aforementioned reasons.Tl;Dr: even if it’s psychosomatic, the behavioral/emotional/cognitive waterfall affect is worth it. Just don’t drop the Gua sha on tile flooring… mine snapped in 2 and This is actually a replacement but. They’re not lying when they say it’s fragile.

And if you haven’t actually tried this method for skin care, you need to. This is an ancient Chinese method of massaging the skin on your face and neck to promote circulation. I not only recommend it, but I suggest that every woman invest in one. For this price it’s worth it.

Quality seems nice, it feels good and the packaging was super cute! I liked how they included the instructions in case you don’t know what to do with it! Only sad thing is my first order came with brown scratch on it, so I returned for a new one and I just received the 2nd order and I can still notice a scratch on it but not as long or noticeable.
